NEA Performance Plus Northeast Arkansas and the Mid-South as one of the area’s premiere providers of truck, Jeep and SUV aftermarket parts and service. Simple Spark was engaged in Q1 of 2020 to help strengthen their branding and online presence through the design of a new website, social media management and content production. Directly after forming the partnership, Covid-19 became prevalent as well as the widespread retail shutdown. Even so, NEA Performance Plus saw an 8% increase in sales for 2020 and 15% in 2021. Social media engagement has grown 30% each year with interactions seeing 70% increases. 

Among the increase in revenue and brand awareness with their customer base, NEA Performance Plus has gained engagement and content sharing on social platforms from national brands and vendors.
