Who owns what is on here
The writing, design, code, photography and video on this site belong to Simple Spark or to the clients whose work is shown, and are protected by copyright.
Client work is shown with permission. Logos, brand marks, product names and photographs belonging to our clients remain theirs. Showing them here is not a transfer of any right to use them, and it is not an endorsement of Simple Spark by that client beyond the fact that we did the work.
If you want to reproduce something from this site, ask. The answer is usually yes for reasonable uses with attribution.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site correct and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, articles reflect our opinion at the time of writing, deadlines and regulations change, and nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice for your situation.
Our accessibility writing is a good example: we explain the rules as we understand them, but whether a specific organization is covered, and what it must do, is a question for that organization's own counsel.
Inquiries are not contracts
Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not engage us, reserve capacity, or create any obligation on either side. Work begins when we both agree scope, price and timing in writing.

We link to client sites, social profiles and sources we found useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they contain or do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Craighead County, Arkansas.
