Empower, delivered by Craighead Electric, brings high-speed internet to Northeast Arkansas. After acquiring a local provider, they needed to move thousands of customers onto a new billing system without losing them — so we built the explaining: a run of how-to videos, infographics and social content that answered the questions before the phone rang.
