The Urban Loft Co. runs furnished, utilities-included apartment communities in Fayetteville, Russellville, Conway, Jonesboro and Memphis. Each building has its own manager and its own leasing. Online they needed to read as one company, while still giving every property a page worth touring from.
One Company, Six Communities
The home page does one job well: get a renter to the city they want. Each community has its own color, so the six read as a family rather than a list.

Every community gets the same complete page: what comes furnished, floor plans, what is nearby, resident reviews, a map, and a tour request at the end.
Every Lead to the Right Manager
A tour request or question from a property page goes straight to that community’s manager. Behind the forms, we built the logic that feeds each lead into their CRM, so it enters the sales pipeline instead of sitting in an inbox.
